Refund Policy

We want you to love your LUMERA products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at chengweeyan@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
